A therapuetic and nourishing experience focused on whole health including the womb, sacrum and abdominal areas.
As an women's health educator and passionate bodyworker Sigrid combines ritual bodywork with anatomy and physiology to tailor treatment plans for realignment, optimal health and wellness.

Hello dear community,
Thank you for checking out my website. I'm Sigrid a Bodyworker and Women's Health Educator. I have been working in the wellness field for over 15 years first from my hometown Sydney, the Wollongong area and now in the beautiful Bundjalung land since 2023.
My passion is in supporting women to reclaim their relationships to their bodies and womb health.
Living in a society that values fast-paced life has meant many women become disconnected from their health and wellness. Sometimes it is through health crisis that our bodies ask us for a different way. Whether it is through a diagnosis of endometriosis, an abnormal pap smear, the challenges of fertility or the emotional whirlwind of life we are asked to stop and reassess what true health is- physical, spiritual and emotional.
Bodywork can bring alignment, help to open that conversation with your womb, bring balance to a body that is congested and disconnected.
I am here to listen and support you along your path with my tools of bodywork and holistic health advice.
